The scan

The Brand Risk Scan is free. We look at publicly available search results, community threads and review platforms for the brand and terms you give us, and send you a one-page assessment. It’s an opinion based on what is publicly visible on the day of the scan, not a guarantee about future search results, AI outputs, or your revenue.

Your replies, your responsibility

We draft replies. You approve, edit, or decline them. Once you approve a reply and post it (or authorise us to post it on your behalf), it is your statement, published under your name and accounts. We don’t take responsibility for the truth of claims you approve; you’re the one who knows your business.

What we won’t do

We don’t write fake reviews, run fake accounts, seed threads, or bury complaints. If you ask us to, we’ll decline the work.

Engagements

Ongoing monitoring and drafting is a monthly engagement, quoted after your scan and agreed in writing before either side commits. Either side can end it with 30 days’ notice. Your account data comes with you if you leave.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under Irish law.
